Right of Withdrawal (UK Customers)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal:
You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), take possession of the goods.

You can notify us by a clear statement (e.g., email or letter). You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory. Sending the notification before the 14-day period expires is sufficient.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw, we will refund only the value of the goods. Shipping costs, customs duties, import VAT, or any additional charges from UK authorities or carriers are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used in the original transaction, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of return.

You must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods and for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Returns and Exchanges:
To return or exchange items, register in our Returns Center. For exchanges within Germany, a free return label is provided once per order number. Returns can be dropped off at the parcel shop of the respective carrier.

Important Notice:
Exchanges are not possible for orders from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or the United States.

Special Notes:
If the purchase was financed via a loan, withdrawal may also release you from the related loan agreement if both contracts form a financial unit.
