EU countries (excluding Germany, Switzerland & the United Kingdom):
Shipping fee: €9.95 per order
Delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping provider
No customs duties or import taxes apply within the EU
Switzerland, United States & United Kingdom:
Due to customs and import regulations, additional fees may apply.
These costs are not included in the shipping price and must be borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred.
Please inform yourself in advance about the applicable regulations.
General:
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your shipment.

United Kingdom:
Due to changes in customs regulations, prices on our website are currently displayed without VAT.
Additional customs charges may apply.
We are not responsible for these fees.
United States:
Shipping to the USA can be challenging due to complex customs and import regulations.
Additional customs duties, import taxes, and documentation requirements may apply and are not included in the shipping costs.
These fees must be covered by the customer; we are not liable for them.
Due to varying regulations across U.S. states, we recommend checking the specific requirements before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Germany:
Free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
For a second exchange or additional return request, return shipping costs will not be covered.
EU:
Returns are possible at the customer’s own expense.
Switzerland, United States & United Kingdom:
No exchanges available.
Customers must organize and pay for returns themselves.
We therefore recommend carefully selecting the correct size before ordering.
Return Conditions:
Returned items must be in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged). Otherwise, returns cannot be accepted.
Refunds will be issued after the return has been processed.
Please note that only the value of the goods will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are used for processing and shipping the order and remain independent of a return.
